Is there a limit to how many times I can use Dental Benefits Max?

There are no limits on how much you can use the program or how much you can save.

Am I assigned a dentist or specialist?

No, with Dental Benefits Max, you get to choose from any of our participating dentists or specialists. Plus you can change your dentist at any time you want.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

No, unlike insurance, you don’t need to be referred to a specialist. You can pick your own specialist as long as they are in the network.

What if I have a prior condition, do I still qualify?

There are no restrictions for prior conditions. However, discounts are not available for work you have already been billed for and discounts may not be available for work currently in progress.

Will my benefits work if I’m on vacation or away from home?

With the Dental Benefits Max program, you can visit any participating provider, no matter where you are.

Can I use this in conjunction with another plan?

You must use our plan as your primary choice and then check with your other plan to determine how you may incorporate it.

When can I start using it?

On day one of the effective date shown on your membership card.

Am I locked into a long term contract?

No, there are no contracts. Keep the plan as long as you wish to continue saving on all your needs.

Why isn’t everyone a member?
